This is the 1998 Trane 10 SEER heat pump at my friend’s house. The house was built in 1989 or so, and is just under 3000 square feet. The house also has a finished basement, and that makes it over 3000 square feet. There are four bedrooms and a I believe 3 and a half bathrooms. The central air/heat was replaced in 1998, and with temperatures below freezing, it was working great!
