Nice job, but a few concerns. 1- the holes that were drilled in the floor joists are not to code. The hole can be no larger than the width of the joist and min width height up the joist.Therefore a 2 1/2″ hole is 1″ oversized. Also if the high voltage wire can be routed through the joists instead of under, it would be alot better. Some areas you cannot run wire that way.

Is there seal tight conduit on the wire between the disconect and the outdoor unit, or is that just romex wire?
