First, I show not to use mechanical and electrical rooms to store things like furniture. Then, I demonstrate how to spray on a condensate pan patching product.

    furnace/airhandler rooms is no place for junk or school furnture
    it also a fire code vialation too in our area
    don’t know about your area but i think it just about the same

    i may have i just really get in to on site videos i wish you had enuf memory to do a day in the life video so guys like me could see what its really like doing windshield time and work time.

    I’ve worked outside of Florida, but not in the a/c trade. I grew up in Phoenix which is where payson is from.

    As it turned out, I will most likely have to remove the coil and replace the pan as it seems there’s bigger problems under the coil. It’s going to take more than just me to pull this big ass coil.

    Hey Dr. Z, its even worse when your in a hot ass attic and you have to move that old ladys lifetime supply of holiday decorations!!! That really sucks!

    Dude. Just yesterday I had a Carrier Air handler up above a t-grid that had a broken plastic drain pan. About a 5″ crack. Maybe that stuff would have worked?
    Of course you’d need some sort of extension to get in under the coil. Not much room. It’s gonna take two of us and some straps, etc to pull the coil and replace the pan on that Carrier. :(
